At the end of the analysis process, value is charted such that to provide the critical recommendations for negotiation and/or recommendations are made in with respect to the suitability of a/the researched opportunity.
Mergers and acquisitions Other than developping and managing a portfolio of competencies, growth by acquisition is another way to create value, to increase earnings via consolidating expansion, by achieving at the same time synergies, economies of scale, etc. We look at the suitability and competitive advantage that such a move would achieve.
