PhD, MBA, Member of CFA Institute France and IFA

 

 

He developed an expertise in financial advisory, credit analysis and risk management. He also made an effective contribution, as a consultant and business analyst, to the development and implementation of new information systems for asset management and life insurance companies. Eugene earned an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business ( Canada ), an MAE and the Diploma of International Business from Sorbonne Graduate Business School (IAE Paris, France).  

Among other challenging endeavors Eugene recurrently teaches Portfolio Managementt, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis and Engineering within MBA and Master programs at top European business schools (HEC- l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales; IAE Paris - Sorbonne Graduate Business School ; Neoma).

Eugene participates to research conferences such as the workshop Corporate Performance and Societal Responsibility of the International Research Seminar in Lyon (january 2011) with the research paper Are the Corporate Profitability and the Creation of Shareholder Wealth Impacted by Execuives Cognitive Biases? and to the CIG Montreal 2011, the 10th International Conference on Governance organised by the John Molson Business School - Concordia University - with the research paper Risk Management beyond crisis: Lessons learned concerning the Gaussian Value at Risk and the Normality of Returns in Portfolio Management.   

Bruno Le Chaux
MBA, DESS - IT Engineer and Web Consultant

 

 

Bruno earned an MBA from the International Institute of Management (IIM, Paris), a DESS (Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies) in Artificial Intelligence (CRIM, INALCO, Paris   , France ) and a Master of Engineering degree in software engineering from Orsay  University   ( France ). 

After developing various MIS projects for retirement plans as an analyst, he successfully participated as an IT engineer at Cap Gemini to the migration of the software managing registered securities to a new platform. Later, he made a significant contribution as a project manager implementing CRM Siebel 2000 within the Integration   Test   Center and as a technical solution manager for the Strategic and Outsourcing Small and Medium Businesses division of IBM Global Services. 

Lately, he works independently as a consultant in CRM, IT outsourcing and web design. He got first hand exposure to various cultures though his trips and working experience in Central Europe and  South America. 

Michael Bala 
MBA, ME - Director International Business Development 

  

 

Michael acquired extensive business development experience through various international projects implemented in North America    , Europe    and Africa   . Prior to joining Bluewolf, Michael held a series of managing roles in some of the largest companies in the telecommunications and banking industries. He was a consultant at Bell Canada w  here he managed multiple business projects in co-ordination with EDS and Accenture. He was also a consultant for ADC Canada, developing business solutions for leading telecommunication service providers on the Eastern coast of United States. 
Michael began his career in information technology at CERG, in Paris  , France . He holds  an MBA from Athabaska   University   (   Canada  ), and a Master of Engineering degree from Transylvania University   (Romania).
